Pakistan’s Election Commission likely to allocate reserved seats to political parties

The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) is likely to allocate seats reserved for women and minorities to candidates of political parties in proportion to their strength in National and Provincial Assemblies, the official Associated Press of Pakistan reported on Tuesday.
NGO asks US embassy to help woman

Progressive Women Association (an NGO) Chairperson Shahnaz Bukhari has called on the US embassy and Pakistan High Commission to help a Pakistani woman living in the US get her children back.
