LAHORE - President Asif Ali Zardari Wednesday telephoned PML-N Quaid Mian Nawaz Sharif, and protested over the use of uncultured language by Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah Khan against Punjab Governor Salman Taseer.
According to sources, Zardari has argued that the Governor represents the federal government, and crude attitude by the PML-N will not be tolerated in anyway. It is to be noted that Rana Sana on the last Tuesday had accused Salman Taseer of indulging in unethical activities, and had pointed out Governor’s family pictures on the Internet. “Rana’s outburst to the media has further deepened the PPP-PML-N rift in the Punjab,” said the source.
